Greetings!
We hope you have had a safe and healthy summer with lots of fun sprinkled in! We will sure miss your children at Jeffers Hill this school year and wish them all the best as they begin their middle school experience virtually.
On Friday, September 4th from 9:30-11:30, we will be distributing instructional materials to current students and collecting Media books, instruments, and other items belonging to Jeffers Hill that were loaned out last spring. If you are in possession of anything belonging to Jeffers Hill (this does NOT include student Chromebook laptops that were handed out in the spring) please plan to drive through on Friday morning to return these items. Since you will not be picking up any items, please create a window sign indicating "RETURN ONLY" to hold up in the window. This will let the staff members assisting with this process know they do not need to get anything for you.
Please put all items in need of return in your trunk and a staff member will retrieve the items. Please stay in your vehicle. If you are walking up to the school, there will be a table for you to leave your items.
If you have a question about whether or not you need to return your borrowed instrument to Jeffers Hill if your child plans to continue the instrument in middle school, please email margaret_shorb@hcpss.org (band) or winston_harris@hcpss.org (strings) to inquire.
