The Howard County Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Commission is hosting an elementary school poster contest. The contest is open to all Howard County elementary school students and the deadline to submit is October 30, 2020.  Please see the flyer linked below for more information.

Please note: on page 3 of the document linked above, it references oratory and essay submissions.  These are only available to middle and high school students.  Elementary students can participate in the poster component of the contest.
