Columbia Community Care- English and Spanish

Our goal is to provide families in the community with food and supplies due to the effects of Coronavirus such as unemployment and financial challenges.

If you are in need and have NO transportation to one of our sites*, you may order home delivery through this form. Please note that delivery will take between 5-7 days.

If you are in urgent need and have transportation, we encourage you to visit one of our sites for faster service. If you have any questions, please email columbiacommunitycare@gmail.com.

Assistance for Families

Please share this information far and wide so that we can support as many JHES families as possible. 

Throughout the year the Student Services Team has opportunities to assist families who may be facing financial hardship. During these unprecedented times we would like to be able to target these periodic opportunities to those who may benefit most.  Please let us know if you would like to be considered to receive food, clothing, or other resources that may alleviate stress for your family. Rest assured that your responses will only be shared with the Student Services Team for the purpose of offering assistance.  Please contact Diane Moe, school counselor, diane_moe@hcpss.org  so that we may assist your family during the school year.

A través del año el Equipo de Servicios Estudiantiles tiene oportunidades para ayudar a las familias que pueden estar enfrentando dificultades financieras.
