Family File Update
We currently have 132 students without an updated Family File.  It is critically important that we have this information on file for every student even if we are not currently in the building.  Remember, this needs to be done for each child, each year even if there are no changes to report.  We are going to start making personal calls to families.  This is a time intensive process. Please save us the call and update your Family File today!

You can update your Family File by logging into HCPSS Connect and selecting the Family File tab on the left.

Once logged in, you will be asked to update or provide the following information:

    •    Student Information
    •    Parent/Guardian Contacts
    •    Emergency Contacts
    •    Medical Information
    •    Arrival/Dismissal Procedures
    •    Photo Approval
    •    Data Confidentiality
    •    PTA Directory

Parents who have forgotten their login credentials for Family File may click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page.
